Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Stroke Neurologist to join our clinical faculty at the University of Vermont. This is a full-time position that combines clinical care, teaching, and research responsibilities.

As a member of our team, you will participate in the development and implementation of clinical services, educate students and residents, and contribute to research initiatives in cerebrovascular disease and stroke.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in vascular neurology, a strong interest in teaching and research, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical care to patients with cerebrovascular diseases and stroke
  • Participate in teaching and education of students and residents
  • Contribute to research initiatives in cerebrovascular disease and stroke
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement clinical services

Requirements

  • Board certification or eligibility in vascular neurology
  • Experience in teaching and research in cerebrovascular disease and stroke
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
