Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the Composite Army National Guard Safety Development and Assessment Program.
  • Conduct off-site assessments and travel to various states for program reviews, ensuring compliance with Army policies and Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations.
  • Coordinate with state Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene professionals to ensure seamless inspections and assessments.
  • Provide written reports to senior military leadership, detailing findings and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements
  • Must be a licensed registered nurse with a strong background in Occupational Health.
  • Knowledge of Army policies, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and federal Occupational Health laws is essential.
  • Ability to travel for assessments and inspections, with a strong emphasis on organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct special projects and studies as directed, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Must complete Department of Defense security training requirements annually, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
