Key ResponsibilitiesUnder the guidance and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, the Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant will deliver medically prescribed therapeutic services aimed at restoring function and preventing disability in patients with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary disorders. Responsibilities will be performed in compliance with Physical Therapy, state and federal regulatory, licensing, and accreditation standards.
This position requires working less than 19 hours per week.
QualificationsEducation and Experience Requirements:
- Associate's Degree
- Valid state Physical Therapist Assistant license
- Current Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification (AHA) upon hire and maintenance of certification.
- Preferred experience in a healthcare setting.
