Radiation Therapist

OSF HealthCare is seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team. As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a critical role in the daily patient flow of our Radiation Oncology clinical location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the daily patient flow of the Radiation Oncology clinical location
• Evaluate and develop new processes for patient care
• Assist with other activities to improve Radiation Oncology operations

Requirements:

• Current Radiation Therapy license issued by IEMA Department of Nuclear Safety
• Registry or registry eligible with ARRT within 6 months of hire
• Completion of a 2-year training program in Radiation Therapy

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of radiation therapy procedures and equipment operation
• Understanding of physics and patient care techniques acquired through an approved program in radiation therapy technology
