Job Title: Hospital Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Hospital Operations Coordinator is a key role within Agiliti Health, Inc. responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of hospital facilities. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage daily operations, maintain equipment, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations in the absence of the Operations Manager - Hospital
  • Deliver on established metrics within contracted agreements
  • Assist in team building and development of ASSET360 FTEs
  • Work with HQC to ensure equipment is functioning at the highest standards
  • Maintain inventory of equipment, supplies, and support structure
  • Investigate nursing staff concerns and implement corrective actions
  • Supervise HST personnel, including training, performance reviews, and corrective action plans
  • Manage staffing schedules and foster a positive team approach
  • Provide ongoing supervision and coaching to HST personnel

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of medical or management experience
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of communication with all involved parties
  • Lead a diversified team to a unified goal
