We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join our team at Mike Rezi Nissan Atlanta. As a key member of our Service Department, you will be responsible for coordinating all incoming Service Department requests, rescheduling missed appointments, and acting as the first point of contact for customers.
This is an hourly base + commission position, with monthly commission earnings up to $1,000. We offer a competitive benefits package, including 401K, medical, dental, vision, employee discounts, gym membership reimbursement, and employee vehicle purchase plans.
Responsibilities- Schedule all Service Department appointments for both Mike Rezi Nissan and McDonough Hyundai
- Follow up with customers daily via phone to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Actively listen to customers, answering their questions and directing them appropriately
- Respond quickly to customer phone calls, internet leads, and live chat inquiries
- Advise maintenance recommendations and confirm scheduled and missed appointments
- Able to work in a fast-paced Call Center Environment
- At least one previous role in customer service experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong customer service background and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Punctual, reliable, and eager to improve
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
