Job Title: Medical Records Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Records Specialist to join our team at Randstad. As a Medical Records Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process documentation into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
  • Assure the integrity and quality of medical records using document imaging technology
  • Responsible for demonstrating knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security regulations
  • Meet established scanning/indexing metrics for productivity and quality
  • Communicate any issues to Management in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of Medical Records experience
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated Attention to detail
  • Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
