Per Diem Dispensing Nurse

BAART Programs is seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team as a Dispensing Nurse. This role involves dispensing prescribed medications as part of a treatment team in partnership with Physicians and Nursing Supervisors.
Responsibilities:- Administer daily medication to patients in accordance with program policy and medical protocols.
- Maintain dispensing equipment, manage medication inventory, and report patient treatment information.
- Collaborate with supervisory counseling staff and demonstrate a non-judgmental and accepting attitude toward the Substance Use Disorder.
- Current and good standing LPN/LVN license in the State of Vermont.
- Current CPR certification required.
- EMR and computer proficiency desired.
- Experience in chemical dependency preferred.
