The Clinical Nurse Coordinator will play a vital role in coordinating patient care, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team, and providing exceptional patient experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, surrounded by critical thinkers who are passionate about delivering high-quality care.Responsibilities
- Partner with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and develop individualized plans of care.
- Assist with admission and discharge processes, ensuring a smooth transition for patients and families.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to support improved outcomes and service excellence.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
- Assist with staff scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet patient needs.
Requirements
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse licensure and a Registered Nurse Diploma.
