About the Role

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiology team at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, MA.

Job Summary

This is a full-time, 32-hour per week position with a flexible schedule. As a Registered Nurse in Cardiac Rehab, you will provide direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. You will also supervise staff and ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan patient care, implementing interventions as needed
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school
  • Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a RN
  • CPR certification
