Inside Sales/ Warehouse Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales/ Warehouse Representative to join our team at Express Employment Professionals.

As an Inside Sales/ Warehouse Representative, you will contribute to customer satisfaction by efficiently and courteously assisting walk-in customers, building hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies, writing sales orders, checking in and receiving freight, boxing and palletizing outbound shipments, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist and conduct counter sales as needed and as required
  • Input customer orders, quotes, bids, etc. for product
  • Pull & organize orders
  • Quote and sell supplier's products that provide value to the customer
  • Handle customer complaints and returns with a positive attitude
  • Use electronic and published catalogs to provide product, pricing, and availability information to customers
Requirements:
  • Mechanical aptitude is required
  • Customer Service - mechanic auto part counter preferred
  • Able to lift product up to 70 lbs (non-repetitive) daily
  • Experience stocking inventory up to 6 ft
  • Able to manage phone lines (phone etiquette)
