About Us:
Superior Ambulance is the leading provider of air and ground medical transportation in the Midwest, proudly serving communities for over 60 years. Our operations span across multiple states, partnering with hospitals and municipalities to deliver top-notch emergency and scheduled medical transport services.
Shift Options:
We offer a variety of shift lengths including 6, 8, 10, 12, and 24-hour shifts. Our EMTs and Paramedics are responsible for ensuring safe transport and high-quality medical care for patients in accordance with state EMS regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver appropriate patient care based on EMT/Paramedic training.
- Ensure safe transportation by accurately navigating routes and identifying locations.
- Assess patient conditions and effectively communicate findings to medical personnel.
- Document patient conditions, medical history, and treatments provided.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and monitor essential vehicle systems.
Qualifications:
- Current EMT/Paramedic National Registry and/or state license.
- Ability to provide medical care while safely transporting patients.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Successful completion of pre-employment physical and drug screening.
- Participation in company training and driving courses.
