Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Subway Cashier. As a Subway Cashier, you will be responsible for providing fast, friendly, and clean service to our guests, maintaining inventory, operating cash registers, and maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Excellent Guest Service
    • Ensure that every guest has a positive experience at our restaurant
    • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns
  • Maintain Inventory and Cash Handling
    • Count and reconcile cash and credit card transactions
    • Manage inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
  • Operate Cash Registers and Point of Sale Systems
    • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
    • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment
    • Ensure that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained at all times
    • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Ability to work effectively with guests and team members
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic Math and Cash Handling Skills
    • Ability to accurately count and reconcile cash and credit card transactions
    • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
    • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Experience in a Similar Role

    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to Work a Flexible Schedule
    • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
