Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will provide fast, friendly, and clean service to our guests, maintain inventory, operate cash registers, and ensure the overall appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service and create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Maintain accurate sales transactions and manage inventory effectively
  • Cleanly and safely manage and prepare food for our guests
  • Adhere to Subway processes and policies to ensure high-quality food and service
  • Utilize computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed to support team operations
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals
Requirements
  • Excellent guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest-focused culture
  • Ability to complete accurate sales transactions and manage inventory
  • Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prepare food
  • Ability to maintain Subway processes and policies
  • Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed
  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Experience in a similar position or role
