Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing ice cream cones, dishes, and shakes, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, provide samples, and ensure a positive experience for all patrons.
  • Ice Cream Preparation: Scoop ice cream and toppings to fill customer orders, and restock ice cream flavors in display tubs.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Ring orders on the register, collect payment, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Store Maintenance: Restock bowls, cones, and toppings behind the counter, wipe down surfaces, and perform assigned cleaning duties.
  • Team Support: Assist with other tasks as needed, and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal communication skills, and be able to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
