Behavioral Therapist for Children with Neurodiverse Conditions

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Swann Clinic for Behavioral Health. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with various ability levels.
Job Description:
As a member of our multidisciplinary clinic, you will collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals to deliver high-quality care to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include teaching and documenting skills under the direction of the BCBAs, working with families to support their child's development, and maintaining accurate records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A clean background check
- A current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential or willingness to obtain once hired
- Fluency in English; Spanish is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to interact well with children and their families
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and assume various postures for extended periods

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is between $35,000 and $45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure takes into account the location and industry standards for Behavioral Therapists in the area.
