About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Asset Protection team as a Customer Service Loss Prevention Specialist. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, engaging with customers to prevent theft, and maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide courteous and knowledgeable service to internal and external customers
  • Engage customers in a positive manner, creating a welcoming and inclusive shopping experience
  • Implement effective strategies to deter theft through customer engagement and other means
  • Maintain awareness of proper checkout procedures for customers and associates
