We are seeking a skilled Retail Banking Professional to join our team in Portage, MI.

About the Position:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and referring them to relevant Bankers and business partners.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of day-to-day operations, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement
  • Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive interaction every time.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing clear and concise information.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships, recommending relevant products and services.
Operations Support
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the office, performing administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records, including balancing reports and other essential documents.
  • Participate in continuous learning, staying updated on company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly.

Compensation:
