Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Youth Clinician to join our team at the National Youth Advocate Program. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with youth, families, and community partners to provide counseling, therapy, and support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family mental health services, case management, and transportation to youth and families.
  • Travel daily to provide community-based services, meeting or exceeding established outcomes thresholds for persons served.
  • Complete all required documentation and training promptly.
  • Consistently achieve established productivity thresholds and coordinate services for youth and families.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in social work or comparable Human Services from an accredited institution.
  • Two years of work experience working in direct service with youth and families strongly preferred.
  • A valid advanced professional license as required and acceptable by state or contract regulations.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, automotive insurance, and a good driving record.
