Job Title: Registered Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team at Central Square Smiles. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Job Summary:

As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental hygiene care to our patients. This includes conducting thorough oral examinations, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based prevention and treatment strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough oral examinations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients
  • Implement evidence-based prevention and treatment strategies to promote optimal oral health
  • Communicate effectively with patients, dentists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest dental hygiene techniques and technologies
  • Collaborate with our dental team to provide exceptional patient care and achieve outstanding clinical outcomes
Requirements:
  • Current MA dental hygiene license in good standing
  • One or Two years experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist
  • Current CPR certification
  • Local anesthesia certification
  • Ability to multitask in a busy practice setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and enthusiastic clinician
  • Spanish speaking a definite plus
