Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health. As a CNA, you will provide direct, one-on-one care to medical fragile individuals and make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families. Our CNAs work flexible and predictable schedules with full support anytime day or night.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to medical fragile individuals, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting and transferring
  • Monitor and report any changes in the patient's condition
  • Document care provided and maintain accurate records
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have valid PA Certified Nursing Aide certification or provide proof of completion of an approved 75-hour Home Health Aide Certification Course
  • Must be able to read and follow written instructions and document care as directed
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
