About the Role

The Bar Service Professional is primarily responsible for delivering exceptional service to bar guests and for preparing and serving beverages according to Company specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant. This position is also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bar area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Serve Beverages: Consistently adhere to all recipe standards and ensure that beverages are prepared to the highest quality.
  • Protect the Establishment and Patrons: Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies to protect the establishment and patrons.
  • Anticipate Guest Needs: Anticipate guests' needs and exceed guest service expectations by being knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the menu.
  • Take Orders and Serve Bar Patrons: Take orders, serve bar patrons, and process payment in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Keep Service Stations Clean: Keep designated service stations clean and organized to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience.
  • Restock and Replenish Bar Inventory: Restock and replenish bar inventory to ensure that the bar is always fully stocked and ready to serve.
  • Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that guests are enjoying their experience and take action to correct any problems that may arise.
  • Complete Sidework: Complete assigned sidework at the beginning, during, and at the end of the shift to ensure that the bar is always clean and organized.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ Years' Bartending Experience: Minimum 2+ years' experience in a full-service restaurant (liquor, beer, and wine).
  • Extensive Knowledge of Spirits, Wine, and Beer: Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer.
  • Desire to Help and Work as Part of a Team: A desire to help where needed and work as part of a team.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work positively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
