Job Overview

Senior Force Structure Analyst: Education Requirement: A minimum of a bachelor's degree is essential. Qualifications: At least eight years of experience in Army Force Management (FM) with proven expertise in Army FM Documentation.

Additionally, a minimum of five years of experience in Army force management and force structure initiatives, including but not limited to Command Plan, Total Army Analysis, Global Force Management (GFM), and documentation support for significant transformations and updates.

Extensive knowledge of Army force management data requirements in relation to Joint Staff operations, personnel, business processes, and warfighter systems is highly valued. A comprehensive understanding of hierarchical command-control structures, capabilities, and organizational relationships within Army units at all levels is required.

Moreover, familiarity with the technical components of force documentation, including manpower, personnel, equipment, readiness, capabilities, and the distinctions between operational and generating forces, as well as combat and support functions, is necessary.

Applicants must possess a security clearance at the TOP SECRET/SCI level.
