Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform requirements analysis, including decomposition of high-level requirements into artifacts assignable during Agile program increments and sprints.
  • Apply systems engineering principles throughout the systems lifecycle phases: concept, development, production, utilization, support, and retirement.
  • Interact with project teams regarding systems engineering technical considerations and associated problems, issues, or conflicts.
  • Communicate with other Technical Direction Plan (TDL) project personnel, Government stakeholders, and senior executives.
  • Ensure the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables associated with one or more of the 25 process areas defined by ISO/IEC15288.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT, Business, Engineering, Math, Science, or related field.
  • Five or more (5+) years of related experience.
  • Relevant industry standard certifications such as INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP), Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP) or OMG Certified Systems Modeling Professional-Advanced (OCSMP-A) certifications.
  • Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and methodologies.
Clearance Requirements:

This role requires an active TS/SCI w/ polygraph clearance.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
