Northside Hospital is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Acute Care Nurse Residency Program. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to individuals, families, and groups in accordance with the American Nurses Association's (ANA) Nursing: Scope and Standards of Nursing Practice.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans that promote optimal health outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality by identifying and reporting potential risks and near misses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient satisfaction.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license in the State of Georgia.
- Less than one year of experience as a registered professional nurse.
- Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) and other required cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications (ACLS).
- BSN degree.
- Unit-specific RN attributes, such as experience in critical care or pediatrics.
