Preferred Homecare of NY Corporate is a fully licensed Home Care Agency seeking an experienced CORPORATE IT ADMINISTRATOR. The successful candidate will be proficient in maintaining system documentation, have strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in system administration.
  • Knowledge of HHA Exchange is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description:

  • Administering and configuring various systems to communicate impact in down/upstream systems.
  • Supporting various departments by following up on vendor support with various systems.
  • Providing knowledge base/training for better user understanding of systems.
  • Issue tracking and monitoring.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
