The HASC Center Inc. seeks a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join its team in Brooklyn, NY.
About the Position:
- This role involves handling various office tasks such as filing, generating reports, and maintaining confidential files and databases.
- Providing exceptional customer service by responding to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
- Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and ensuring seamless coordination with colleagues.
- Assisting with administrative duties such as data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
- Maintaining a high level of organization, attention to detail, and productivity while working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team setting and adapt to changing priorities.
- A comfortable and familiarized knowledge of general office equipment.
Additional Information:
- We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
