Vanguard Resources is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper 3rd Shift Overnight to join our Environmental Services team. As a Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients, families, and staff.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Clean and disinfect patient and non-patient areas, including rooms, corridors, and equipment, according to established policies and procedures.
  • Use standard cleaning procedures and chemicals to maintain aseptic environments and prevent healthcare-associated infections.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to improve cleaning techniques and stay up-to-date on infection control best practices.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English.
  • Must pass a stringent criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Must complete and/or accept all required healthcare screenings and immunizations.
