Nurse Practitioner

McLean Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team on a per diem basis. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a collaborative and dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide and implement nursing care interventions, including medication administration and wound care
- Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing care interventions and make adjustments as needed
- Lead by example and promote a culture of excellence and innovation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic medical records
