As the Elementary Technology Educator, your primary responsibilities will encompass:
  • Guiding the educational process towards achieving curriculum objectives and implementing personalized learning plans for students.
  • Inspiring students to reach their highest potential through engaging classroom activities, constructive feedback, and fostering meaningful relationships.
  • Exhibiting outstanding classroom management techniques, including effective questioning strategies to promote independent learning, clear communication, and creating an atmosphere of mutual respect.
  • Demonstrating genuine care for students within a framework of high expectations.
  • Establishing a classroom environment grounded in principles of fairness, consistency, and responsible citizenship.

Job Objective: The primary aim of an educator is to inspire and empower students to realize their full potential. Minimum Requirements:
  • A valid teaching certificate with endorsements in relevant grade and subject areas, adhering to educational guidelines.
  • A Bachelor's degree and an alternative pathway, including successful completion of relevant tests for endorsements.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in the curriculum and specific subject matter.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology as an instructional tool and for analyzing academic performance data.

  • Recent teaching experience or coursework in primary education.
  • Knowledge of current instructional strategies suitable for the specified grade level.
