Job Summary:

The Twin Peaks Girl is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and hospitality to our guests. This role requires a fun and energetic personality, as well as the ability to meet and maintain the Twin Peaks Image and Presentation Guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with and entertain guests
• Promote events and specials to drive business and profitability
• Provide best-in-class service and hospitality, including greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering food and drinks
• Meet and maintain the Twin Peaks Image and Presentation Guidelines, including costume, makeup, hair, and nail guidelines

Requirements:

• Ability to effectively communicate in English
• Ability to read and understand the menu, write and ring in tickets, and operate a computerized register system
• Ability to suggestively sell menu items and communicate effectively with guests
• Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions

Work Environment:

The Twin Peaks Girl will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and hospitality. The work environment may include exposure to fumes or airborne particles from the kitchen, as well as occasional exposure to wet and/or humid conditions.

Costume and Image Guidelines:

The Twin Peaks Girl is responsible for maintaining the Twin Peaks Image and Presentation Guidelines, including costume, makeup, hair, and nail guidelines. This includes wearing approved Twin Peaks Girl costumes, which will be issued to the employee by the Company.

Performance Based Scheduling:

The Twin Peaks Girl will be subject to Performance Based Scheduling, including a ranking system based on numerous variables, which will be used to determine the order in which the employee is allowed to select which section of the restaurant to work in.

Disciplinary Action:

Failure to adhere to job duties and requirements, including Image and Costume Guidelines, will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
