- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent and two or more years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service in a professional environment.
- Strong technical skills, including advanced Microsoft Office knowledge and experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
