Key Responsibilities- Provide in-depth technical and operational support to customers and branch personnel, including set-up, maintenance, and ongoing customer support.

- Assess customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs, working closely with branch personnel and business banking officers.
- Assist business clients in managing their existing Treasury relationships and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent and two or more years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service in a professional environment.
- Strong technical skills, including advanced Microsoft Office knowledge and experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
