Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage the Nursing Team: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care and services.
- Develop and Implement Care Programs: Develop and implement care programs that meet the unique needs of our residents, ensuring their health and wellness are prioritized.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to infection control, medication management, and resident safety.
- Recruit and Develop Talent: Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing nursing team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional resident care.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of resident services and care.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an Accredited College or School of Nursing: Must be a graduate of an accredited college or school of nursing with a current state/provincial license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum 2 Years RN Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years RN experience, with at least 1 year experience in a home health, assisted living, or long-term care environment.
- Nursing Management Experience: Must have a minimum of 1 year nursing management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, scheduling, and daily operations supervision.
- Certifications and Licenses: Must be certified in CPR and First Aid, and have a current state/provincial license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN).
