Pediatric Care Center RN Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Care Center team at ChristianaCare. As a Pediatric Care Center RN, you will provide high-quality patient care to children under the age of 18 with a variety of diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional patient care to pediatric patients with complex medical needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and manage patient symptoms, medications, and treatments
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:
  • BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire
  • Two years of Acute Care RN experience strongly preferred
  • Pediatric, pediatric emergency, emergency department or critical care experience preferred
  • Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware
  • BLS Certification required; ACLS & PALS preferred
