Position Summary:
We are currently in search of a Customer Service Administrator. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, embodying our values and ensuring respectful and courteous interactions with both customers and team members. Our organization is recognized for setting high standards in professionalism and expertise within the appliance service industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls
- Oversee daily email correspondence
- Input new customer information into our system
- Schedule service appointments
- Address customer inquiries and concerns
- Provide detailed information regarding our services
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
- Develop and update a comprehensive knowledge base of our products and services
- Assist technicians with scheduling and routing inquiries
- Process payments and manage parts deliveries

Qualifications:
Required:
- Professional phone etiquette
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Positive and professional attitude
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

- Familiarity with the Long Island and NYC areas
