Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles for our clients.
  • Enhance your experience as an automotive technician across a diverse range of both domestic and international vehicles.
  • Conduct thorough, accurate, and honest vehicle inspections.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to address customer issues promptly.
  • Adhere to and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Communicate efficiently with the service department regarding customer feedback.
  • Work alongside fellow technicians to troubleshoot issues, meet deadlines, and achieve outstanding results.

Qualifications:
  • Positive demeanor and a strong desire to assist customers.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician.
  • ASE Certifications (A1-A8 or L1) are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to pursue ASE Certifications is preferred.
  • Able to diagnose and repair various makes and models of vehicles.
  • Meet or surpass hourly performance targets.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and processes.
  • Professional appearance and effective communication abilities.
  • A commitment to long-term career growth.

Physical Demands:
  • Occasionally lift and/or move items exceeding 100 pounds.
  • Utilize tools on vehicles elevated above head level.
  • Work in confined spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
  • Possess the dexterity to effectively use hand tools.
  • Stand or walk for the majority of the workday.
  • Operate manual transmission vehicles.
  • Navigate computer systems efficiently.
