Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to join our team in Little Rock AR. As a caregiver, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities- Provide personalized care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility assistance.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Work collaboratively with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and excellent client outcomes.
- 1,000 hours of long-term care experience with geriatric or chronically ill persons (exceptions may be made for recently licensed CNAs or PCAs).
- Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position.
- Must have available reliable transportation and a valid driver's license and automobile insurance (if transporting clients).
- Pass a national and state-level criminal background check and a drug screen.
- This role is classified as a safety-sensitive position and subject to applicable state and federal regulations.
- Competitive hourly rate ($12.00-$18 per hour).
