Your Role as Artisan Bread Maker

As an Artisan Bread Maker at COBS Bread, you will uphold our commitment to freshness. Your day begins with an empty bakery, and by the end, it will be filled with freshly baked artisan bread and delightful treats for the community. We are currently seeking friendly Artisan Bread Makers to share their enthusiasm for fresh bread with our dedicated customers. No prior experience is required—just the right mindset and a willingness to learn.

What Your Day Entails

• Collaborate with a small team to bake each morning, adhering to meticulously crafted recipes
• Maintain cleanliness in the bakery and contribute to an exceptional customer experience
• Read production schedules and recipes, measure and mix ingredients, shape dough, and manage the baking process

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout your shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying of items up to 45 pounds
• Regular turning and reaching
• Occasional pushing, pulling, and forward bending
• Capability to lift at least 12 pounds to a height of 5 and a half feet
• Frequent use of both hands, including wrist rotation and flexing, with occasional forceful gripping
