Your Role as Artisan Bread MakerAs an Artisan Bread Maker at COBS Bread, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to freshness.
Each day begins with an empty bakery, and by the end of your shift, it will be filled with delightful artisan bread and treats for the community to savor.
We are currently seeking friendly Artisan Bread Makers who are passionate about sharing their love for fresh baked goods with our valued customers. No prior experience is required—just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.What Your Day Looks Like
- Collaborate with a small team to bake fresh products each morning, adhering to meticulously crafted recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness in the bakery and contribute to an exceptional customer experience.
- Follow production schedules and recipes, accurately measure and mix ingredients, shape dough, and manage the baking process.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout your shift.
- Frequent lifting and carrying of items up to 45 pounds.
- Regular turning and reaching motions.
- Occasional pushing, pulling, and bending.
- Capability to lift at least 12 pounds to a height of 5.5 feet.
- Constant use of both hands, with frequent wrist rotation and flexing, and occasional forceful gripping.
