  • Prepare ingredients for menu items, including chopping, slicing, and dicing
  • Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and workstations
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including storage and disposal of waste
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation, including plating and garnishing
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and high-quality food

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of full-service restaurant kitchen experience
  • Internal candidates should have a good performance record over a specified period
  • Associate's degree in Culinary, Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred
  • State Food Handler's Management Certification is mandatory
