Overview

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Full-time weekend RN. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities

The Home Health Weekend Registered Nurse is a field employee who:

  • Provides skilled nursing visits and coordinates client care
  • Serves as the point of contact for all disciplines involved in patient care
  • Oversees the frequency of visits for each episode
  • Consults with physicians and office staff to ensure timely and effective patient care
  • Collects and reports accurate OASIS data, including medication profiles and lab values
  • Attends weekly case conferences and monthly case manager meetings
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must:

  1. Be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
  2. Have a minimum of one year of clinical experience
  3. Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current nursing practice
  4. Possess a valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance
