About the Role

Magna Exteriors is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team in Highland Park, Michigan. As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and process optimization across our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that drive cost savings and efficiency gains.
  • Develop and implement lean six sigma methodologies to improve manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify key projects and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to plant personnel on lean six sigma principles and manufacturing best practices.
  • Monitor and report progress on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum three years of work-related experience in manufacturing operations or process improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of lean six sigma methodologies and manufacturing best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
