Key Responsibilities

**Leadership and Strategy**

  • Develop and implement operational plans to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve production and quality goals
  • Collaborate with senior management to align departmental objectives with company vision

**Operational Excellence**

  • Design and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform decision-making
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge

**Safety and Quality**

  • Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risk and ensure a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Investigate and resolve quality and safety issues in a timely and effective manner

**Communication and Collaboration**

  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with production staff, management, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on departmental performance

**Qualifications and Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or engineering
  • 10+ years' experience in manufacturing leadership roles
  • Proven track record of improving safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
  • Computer skills, including MS Office Suite
