  • Provide key insights to brand stakeholders, helping to align ecommerce analytics with overall brand strategies and business goals.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management, explaining complex data in an easy-to-understand format.
  • Lead the standardization of marketing performance measurement and ensure alignment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across divisions.
  • Educate business partners on analytics best practices, ensuring they use performance metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvements through testing, measurement, and optimization of marketing and digital performance initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in web analytics, ecommerce reporting, or a related role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including building and maintaining macros.
  • Strong experience with Python for data modeling and analysis.
  • Expert understanding of web analytics platforms, especially Adobe Business Suite (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Single Page Applications (SPAs) and their impact on web analytics.
  • Strong experience in developing website testing strategies and validating test feasibility.
  • Proven ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders and top-level executives.
  • Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally with brand, development, and UX/UI teams.
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of other web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Omniture and other tracking services.
  • A consumer-centric, results-driven mindset with a strong portfolio of successful data-driven strategies.
