- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in tax compliance and/or tax consulting, with a strong background in individual, trust/estate, and entity taxation.
- CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent certification, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with tax software, including ProSystems FX, CCH Engagement, and XCM.
