About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Registered Nurse Manager to join our Ambulatory Neurology team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical oversight and management of the RN team, as well as indirect clinical oversight of the medical assistant role group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Ambulatory Neurology Nursing Team, ensuring safe and effective patient care.
  • Provide clinical education and training to the RN team, as well as support the development of new nurses.
  • Collaborate with the clinical care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes, ensuring that care is safe, efficient, effective, timely, and meets the cultural, spiritual, and ethnic needs of each patient and family.
  • Participate in clinical research trials within scope of practice, as part of quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field (preferred).
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing a team of RNs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of staff and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a focus on producing safe, effective, and quality outcomes.
