At Velocity Enterprises, we offer a comprehensive training program in media design for image and sound. This 18-month course is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the field of media design.

Course Structure

The training program consists of four phases: theory, internship, exam preparation, and exams. The theoretical part includes lectures, project work, and self-study, while the practical part is completed through an 18-month internship at a company. This will be followed by an intensive 6-week exam preparation period, during which you will receive coaching from specialized instructors.

Training Content

The training program covers a wide range of topics, including:

  • Crossdisciplinary modules: communication and presentation, time and work organization, media economics and planning, marketing, dramaturgy, storyboarding, design principles, typography and layout, image editing, graphic editing, specialized mathematics, economics, social and legal studies, specialized law, English, MS Office applications, basic business principles, IT production systems, fundamentals of information and communication technology, basics of internet design and development, job application training.
  • Jobspecific modules: dramaturgy, electrical engineering, camera work, lighting, sound engineering, sound production, concept development, work planning, editing (Adobe Premiere, Avid, After Effects), film project, live production.
  • Optional qualifications for the internship: camera production, studio, outdoor and stage productions, postproduction, sound.
Additional Qualification

Upon completion of the training program, you will receive an additional qualification as a career assistant.
