Keyholder - Roseville

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Keyholder to join our team at Rothy's Roseville store. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and driving sales growth.

• Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Drive sales growth by maintaining a thorough knowledge of products, promoting sales, and building relationships with customers.
• Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Assist with visual merchandising, including creating visually appealing displays and maintaining store fixtures.

• 2+ years of retail or customer-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales goals and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, with a minimum of 16 hours per week.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

• Competitive hourly rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour.
