We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Director to oversee the growth and management of our ABA programs in the Cedar Rapids, Marion, and North Liberty, IA locations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of ABA professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and managing center capacities.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight and Management: Oversee the management of each assigned building's caseload capacities, proper utilization of authorization hours, and efficient intake evaluations.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Mentor and support direct reports in training new staff, developing new training protocols, and implementing efficient center operations.
- Learner and Family Engagement: Supervise clinical programming audits, ensure insurance reports are completed to LAC standards, and monitor supervision of Jr PM and support BCBA staff.
- Capacity Planning: Communicate with Senior Director of Clinical Operations on learner status, assist with initial assessments, and coordinate intake of new clients to maintain capacity per building.
- Stakeholder Relations: Communicate with external and internal stakeholders, coordinate hiring efforts, and supervise development of performance improvement plans.
- Education: Master's Degree encompassing behavior analytic content.
- Credentials: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential and eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in ABA field, working with a variety of ages, and 5+ years of management/supervision experience.
- Skills: Exemplary leadership, mentoring, organization, clinical, and problem-solving skills.
Up to $125,000 + monthly bonus opportunities, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance, 401K eligibility, and paid parental leave.
