Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a professional and courteous relationship with every client
  • Answering phone calls and responding to voicemails
  • Booking, rescheduling, and canceling appointments
  • Onboarding new clients, obtaining waivers, and creating Client Profiles in our POS
  • Checking-in and checking-out customer sessions on our POS
  • Greeting customers and directing them to their service of choice
  • Administering non-medical and non-specialty services
  • Providing service tours, selling packages & memberships
  • Executing opening and closing duties
  • Maintaining current product knowledge of all modalities and products offered to support and enhance client goals
  • Educating clients on Restore's modalities
  • Assisting in other store operations: maintaining store cleanliness, laundry upkeep, customer lead follow-up, community outreach, event creation, and social media efforts

Qualifications

  • A love for health and wellness
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail/service environment
  • Availability to work weekends
  • Excellent communication skills
